The WHT 110/130 horizontal machining center is a state-of-the-art, high-performance machine tool designed for precision drilling, threading, turning, and milling operations in demanding manufacturing processes. This machine is versatile and can be engineered into a boring and milling center, equipped with a variety of additional devices such as an automatic pallet exchange system, tooling, specialized attachments, additional indexing tables, and many other accessories to meet the stringent application requirements of industries like aerospace, energy, terrestrial engineering, the oil industry, and general engineering. These "multi-tasking" machines are suitable for both single-piece and batch production.

The machine tool configuration includes

• A basic version of the "horizontal machine" with a rotary table and a main spindle speed of up to 4,000 rpm.

• A machining center version of the machine design with automatic pallet change and special attachments, fully enclosed protective cover, with main spindle speeds up to 6,000/5,000 rpm.

• The WHT 110 machine is equipped with an extended main spindle of Ø112 mm.

• The WHT 130 machine is equipped with an extended main spindle of Ø130 mm .

The WHT 110/130 features a high-speed extending spindle design that allows for high-speed operations even when the spindle is fully extended, with continuous working torque reaching up to 1,375/1,718 Nm (S1) depending on the machine type .
