Tool Cooling Systems

Machine tools produced by TOS VARNSDORF can employ three methods for tool cooling. Tool cooling can be achieved using adjustable nozzles (CHZ) or through internal cooling via the machine spindle (CHOV). The central cooling function can also be applied to the installed milling head. Furthermore, a compressed air cooling function (CHVZ) can be utilized.

Spindle Support Bushings

The design of spindle support bushings significantly increases the installation speed and guidance rigidity of the machine tool's working spindle. They are primarily used for rigid machining or precision machining, offering a wide range of span across the entire speed range while enabling the forward and backward movement of the working spindle.

Chip Removal Systems

Chip removal systems can be equipped on machine tools according to customer requirements. The length of the conveyor can be adjusted according to user needs, as well as the elevation height.

Workpiece Measuring Probes

Different types of measuring probes can be selected for all control systems.
