Additional Rotating Table The additional rotating table with a horizontal adjustment function is a specialized equipment for horizontal floor boring machines (WRD series) and can also be used for machine tools produced by other manufacturers.

The additional rotating table with a horizontal travel is composed of a fixed bed and a longitudinally movable table, with the horizontal clamping surface of the table supported by shims.

The CNC table is used for clamping and positioning workpieces in technical workplaces and can also be used multiple times. It can perform interpolation on the longitudinal axis and the rotating axis, as well as simultaneously on both axes, including other continuous control axes of specific machine tools. During the rotation of the table, the rotating axis can be used for standard positioning or machining, while the main cutting movement is completed by the tool clamped in the machine tool spindle.

The control system of the additional table (including equipment with electric servo drives) is integrated into the machine tool's numerical control, control, and electrical equipment. The programming increment for positional coordinates is 0.001°.

The drive of the B-axis is solved by a "master & slave" system, which consists of two independent servo drives (including gearboxes).
